1. Prepare the Ribs

Remove the membrane from the back of the ribs if needed and pat dry with paper towels.

2. Season

Generously coat both sides of the ribs with Char Crust® All American Barbecue.

3. Smoke

Preheat your smoker to 225°F.

Place the ribs in the smoker and cook until they reach an internal temperature of 203°F, or until they are probe tender.

4. Rest

Remove the ribs from the smoker, wrap, and let them rest for 1 hour before slicing and serving.
