Rotisserie Roast, You’ve Changed

Been cooking for Char-Crust for years, Rotisserie Roast being my absolute favorite. Or rather “Roto Roast”, the old name.
But something more than just the name has changed. The crust that develops is less robust now and breaks down as it cooks. Only noticed in the Rotisserie Roast.

Great flavor. Less great crust.

Hi Steve -

Thank you for being a loyal fan of Char Crust! We want to assure you that although we have updated the name, the ingredients and the recipe have not changed in the past 25 years!

We sincerely hope you will continue to enjoy the same great flavor you have always loved. Your feedback is invaluable to us, and we hope you'll give our Rotisserie Roast another chance.

Excellent seasoning!!

We tried the rotisserie seasoning for the first time on a whole chicken and baked in our dutch oven. I couldn’t have turned out any better! Great taste and very juicy! Highly recommend!!
