So far so good

I tried my first Char Crust on a rib-eye steak and it was surprisingly good. Now for some shrimp and fish.

I love steak!

Been using Char Crust for almost 20 years and I prefer it over any other recipe. I usually coat steaks with a little olive oil before applying the rub. Olive oil oil in pan, heat to medium and cook 6 minutes on each side. Let meat rest for 5 minutes and enjoy.
