Ginger Teriyaki Pork Tenderloin with Pineapple Mango Salsa

Ingredients: 

Instructions:

  1. Preheat oven to 425 degrees.
  2. Coat Pork Tenderloins generously with Char Crust.
  3. Drizzle olive oil over the pork.
  4. Put skillet on med high heat. When the pan is hot, add 1 ½ tablespoon of olive oil in pan.
  5. Add pork and sear on all sides until its nice and brown. 
  6. Transfer to the oven and cook for 15-20 minutes, until internal temp is 145 to 150 degrees.
  7. Let cool for 5 minutes then slice.
  8. Serve with pineapple mango salsa.

Pineapple/Mango Salsa

  • 2 cups pineapple cubed
  • 1 cup mango cubed
  • 1/2 cup red onions diced
  • 1/2 cup red bell peppers diced
  • 1 tbsp jalapeño diced
  • 1 tbsp lime juice
  • 1/4 cup cilantro
  • salt to taste
  •  

    Instructions

    1. Slice and prep fruits, vegetables and herbs.
    2. In a big bowl, combine everything except salt. Mix well, add salt to taste.
    3. Serve on the side of the pork.
